Reservation policy:

When you reserved, 25% of the total amount must to be paid to keep your reservation confirmed. The total amount will be take 30 days before your arrival.

Cancellation policy:

If you canceled more than 30 days before arrival, there is no penality and the deposit of 25% will be refund.

If you canceled between 15 and 30 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be refund.

If you canceled less than 15 days before arrival, there is no refund possible.

Security deposit:

A deposit of $500 will be asked at the check-in. This amount will be refund in the days after your check-out if everything in Maison du Littoral is like your arrival.
